I had a 30-minute screening interview that felt more like an aggressive interrogation of my background than an actual interview. The interviewer kept interrupting me while I was responding and then shared her own opinions about my answers. The interview ended when they offered a salary that was much lower than the market rate.

It was an easy process. First, a recruiter screen, then virtual interviews with sales directors and their boss. Things went well and one director mentioned she'd hire me if she had an opening. They scheduled interviews really fast because they were in a hurry...then nothing. They said they were still interviewing two other people. Then they told me they hadn't decided and the recruiter would get back to me. Then silence. I got an email saying the recruiter left the company and to contact his boss. I emailed the recruiting manager and hiring manager asking for an update...still waiting three weeks later for a reply. I was pretty annoyed because I liked the team and how they worked. But the silence put me off and made me realize it wasn't a good fit. Luckily, I had other offers.

I was contacted by a recruiter and the whole thing took about 4 weeks. First, I talked on the phone with the VP of Account Management. Then, I had 3 more phone calls with VPs and an Account Manager. The next week, I met the VP of Sales in person. Everyone from the recruiter to the VPs was super responsive and professional. They kept me updated the entire time. A+ for their process.
