I had an initial screening with the recruiter. They were really rushing through questions, seemed like they wanted to get it over with. At the end, they asked when I was free for the next interview and said someone would get back to me to schedule it. After that, I never heard anything else, and the recruiter stopped replying to my emails. I'm not sure if they just needed to interview people for a quota or what, but it was a really weird and disrespectful experience.

Applied through LinkedIn and waited months for a response. First, I interviewed with the VP APAC, who was pleasant. Then, I interviewed with the Global Head of Partners, also nice. I was later told I'd meet with the VP International Sales, but after many weeks of no communication, this never happened. The recruiter was completely useless, providing no communication and adding zero value. After more weeks passed, I received an automated rejection email. This whole process felt amateurish and disrespectful due to the poor communication. The interview questions were basic and uninspiring. People there complained about the demanding PE firm.

I had a single call with the recruiter before I decided to withdraw my application. The recruiter was a bit late and then blamed me for connection issues on her end. The conversation felt more like an interrogation where she questioned whether I was qualified for my past roles. She also suggested alternative career paths I should have pursued. It was evident she misunderstood the responsibilities of a Sales Enablement Specialist, repeatedly stating my experience didn't align with that function, despite my resume details. She didn't seem to grasp the nature of the role I was applying for.

I applied on their website and an inside recruiter reached out pretty quickly. We talked about my background and goals, and then they set up a meeting with the hiring manager about a week later. After that, they scheduled meetings with the VP of Sales and another Account Executive. The whole thing took about a month from start to finish. The interviews felt casual but important. They answered my questions and the recruiter shared feedback. I think they were mainly looking for a cultural fit on top of skills. Overall, it was a good process.
