It was a good interview process. They asked a lot of little questions about different things to get to know me better. I'd say it's a good idea to prep a bit before you do this interview.

I submitted my application online, and a few days later, I got an email to come in for an interview. The interview was held on-site, in the stockroom, and I spoke with the Store Director and the Receiving Manager. It was a group interview, and it seemed like they expected more people to show up than the four of us who attended. They asked standard interview questions like 'Describe a time when you faced X situation' and 'what would you do in a situation to help a person in the store.' They also made it clear that if you got the job, you'd have to take a drug test within 72 hours, and there's a background check after hiring. Overall, the interview experience was pretty good.

I sent in my cover letter and resume for a Craigslist ad and they asked me to give two references and pick a day to come in for a group interview. They told me about 100 people were interviewed in all the groups, so it was tough. We didn't get much time to talk and make ourselves stand out, so they picked people who gave good, smart, short answers. Being available and having a good attitude mattered a lot for people they hired, even more than having experience.
