I went through 4 rounds. The HR recruiter said they would reach out for the next round but I never heard back. I reached out three times and still nothing. Each time I asked about the number of rounds, they wouldn't give a clear answer.

The process was pretty simple. The manager contacts you via phone, then asks a few simple questions about your past job, if you faced any issues and how you overcame them, your work ethic etc. Then you have an in-person interview.

Behavioral

I interviewed twice with Event Network, and it was all smooth sailing with promising energy, but then they just stopped responding. The HR department and both hiring managers went completely silent. It's a bit ironic for a company focused on creating memorable experiences, given that their own hiring process was so forgettable. A bit of follow-through makes a big difference, unless they're specifically looking for people who enjoy the thrill of chasing ghosts.

Behavioral Other

I started with the recruiter, who was very nice and friendly. She gave me more details about the job. Then, I was supposed to interview with the department manager and maybe the VP of purchasing. I interviewed with the manager, and it felt good, but then the VP came in, and I felt awkward because she seemed cold and intimidating. The VP asked me a few things and left. I felt more comfortable with the manager after that. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Afterwards, the recruiter showed me around the office, which was nice. I didn't get the job in the end.
