There was one recorded interview with 5 questions that were technical and motivational, followed by a 3-hour technical test (questions varied based on the job description). After that, there was a panel interview with Managers and Human Resources which included both technical and motivational questions. The whole process was very slow, and it took 4 months to get an offer.

The process starts with an online application. Next, there's a digital interview, which is recorded on an online platform. You can only access it once. The computer gives you 3 questions, one at a time. You have 1 minute to read the question and then 3 minutes to answer. It's a one-shot deal, no do-overs. Then, there's a Teams interview.
