If that goes well, you'll get invited to an online interview where you'll chat with two interviewers for about half an hour. It takes a while, but it's totally worth it - I had an amazing learning experience and got to meet and work with some incredible people.

Got invited for 2 out of 3 of my preferred trainee positions 3 weeks after applying. Waiting on feedback. Interviews were tough due to the tight time limits, even with prep like research and diction practice. Some questions were tricky, seeming to pack multiple questions into one, which cut down the time even more. I managed to say most of what I intended, but my nerves slightly impacted my delivery. It was my first time with this interview style, and while I liked it somewhat, I really don't enjoy having a clock ticking in front of me. I approached the interview for my top choice with the mindset that if I got too nervous, it wouldn't mess up my favorite option, and that strategy helped.
