First, there was a pre-recorded video interview, asking general questions about the ECB's mission and tasks. Then, a Skype interview with a panel of three experts, who asked very technical questions on contract law, Capital Markets, and the Single Supervisory Mechanism. There was also just one personal question about major achievements.
