I didn't pass the initial test which used a statistical software. I didn't have much time to prep, but it was doable. The questions involved solving tasks quickly in data management, time series, and panel data econometrics.

Traineeship
It was a really good experience overall. I don't know yet the results of my application so I will write "no offer". If you have a written exercise and an interview, do not go unprepared!! It wasn't a dialogue between them and me they were asking independent questions. The interview lasts for 40 minutes. The selection process is first about cv screening, then a remote written exercise and a remote interview with camera on and with 6 persons. It was an interview for a bachelor initially even if I am in a master. It was not for PhD. About the written exercise: I had 90 minutes to do it. About the interview questions, it is not ordered. if you have any other questions about the interview or the exercise, you can contact me on my email questionsecb@gmail.com.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?

- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
