So I had this interview scheduled on Microsoft Teams with a recruiter. I got on the call on time and waited for like 15 minutes, but the interviewer just never showed up. I sent a polite follow-up email, saying I was still interested. The recruiter replied, apologizing for some technical glitch and saying the interview was rescheduled for later that day. But, they never sent a new invite, and even after I asked for confirmation, the interview never actually happened. The initial chat was professional, but the lack of follow-through and clarity was confusing and a waste of my time. Being told it was rescheduled without getting an invite felt pretty misleading. Overall, I was really disappointed and felt like my time wasn't valued. Technical issues happen, but the way they handled the reschedule and follow-up showed disorganization and not much respect for a candidate's time. So yeah, I'd tell others to be ready for this kind of thing.

The interview process involved an online mathematical aptitude and logical reasoning test. After that, there was an HR screening round. Then, an Excel test had to be completed and emailed back within 24 hours. This test had 8 questions with subparts, and I had to finish it in under 60 minutes. The questions were from easy to tricky and time-consuming. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the Excel Test.

HR was responsive and helpful, but the process was lengthy due to the holiday season. Unlike other companies, this role's interview tested actual day-to-day tasks and gave a preview of the work. I didn't perform well in one round because I was completely unprepared for the topics asked. The other rounds were relatively easy to average.
