Had a phone call screening. Then I interviewed with the Hiring Manager. After that, I had to do a role presentation for the hiring manager and the department supervisor. The salary HR Talent Acquisition person told me was different from the actual salary, it was lower, but they said I can make up the difference with commission.

It took almost 3 weeks and 3 reminders to get a phone interview, which was scheduled with short notice, only 1 day to prepare. The interviewer asked for very detailed information about my background, academic and professional achievements, and posed questions like 'how would you find out how many apples are produced in the US?'. Although I found the question interesting, it felt inappropriate for a phone interview. The interviewer asked questions without much interaction or interest in my answers, implying little chance of proceeding without matching their requirements. I received a generic email response the following Monday evening, after being told to expect an answer and feedback by Thursday. Overall, it felt like a waste of time.
