Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eurofins.
Project Engineer
The interview process was standard, with 3 interviews (HR, Director, Manager), held close together with quick feedback. The stated timelines were met, which is appreciated when waiting for a response. The interview felt more like a conversation; there was a question/answer exchange, but it didn't feel like a checklist.
- How do you envision this role?
Engineer
all contacts were done via email I had two interviews: 1st with HR 2nd with hiring managers: scientific questions very details. but very friendly interviews. the process took 2 months
- Could you discuss the pharma ISO standards, perhaps with a case study?
Engineer
I interviewed with the director, and then we walked around the lab for over an hour. They told me I got the job and that HR would reach out, but I never heard anything. I even texted the director to see if I still had the job and didn't even get a response. Extremely disrespectful. Don't work for companies that treat people like this.
- Can you describe your engineering experience?
