I applied online and after 2 weeks, I got an email for an interview. The HR wanted to have a 30-minute chat and asked for my availability. I replied right away but got no response. I sent follow-up emails, but still nothing. I tried calling many times with no answer, but finally, she sent an email to confirm the interview. During the interview, she didn't use her camera, which was fine. She said I'd get the results in 3 days, but it's been 3 weeks with no news. I emailed her to check, but again, no response. It's hard to believe a big company has such a poor recruiter department.

Case Behavioral Technical

I was told it was a scheduled interview at Hayat Hotel, MG road, Bangalore, but when I arrived, it was a walk-in. I got to the venue at 9:30 AM and was surprisingly given a case study. It involved writing an executive summary, my understanding, 3 user requirements, and 3 user stories for each, plus questions to ask the client. I finished this in 1.5 hours. The first round started at 12:10 PM and lasted 30 minutes. They asked basic questions like 'Tell me about yourself,' 'Describe any project, what is your role?' and 'What is sprint size?' I passed the first round and was asked to wait 45 minutes for the second round. After waiting for a total of 4 hours, the HR asked me at 4:00 PM if I could come to the office on Tuesday for the second round. When I declined, the HR scheduled my second round interview for 10 minutes later. It involved the same questions as the first round. Later, the HR mentioned they had many candidates for the first round and would update me about the third round after consolidating results. I felt they were doing this interview for branding, lacking enough interviewers for the BA profile, with only two interviewers handling both first and second rounds randomly without any hierarchy. My day was wasted, and I left the venue at 5 PM.

Case Technical Behavioral

It was a full-day interview process. The first round was a case study, followed by a technical round, and both took place on the same day. Then, there was a third round with the Dev Manager over the phone. Overall, it was a good experience, but the wait time was quite long, exceeding 4 hours.
