First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Euroclear.

First up was an HR interview. Then, there was an online technical problem solving part. If you did well on that, you'd get invited to career day. On career day, you'd chat with a business manager and a technical manager. If they liked you, you'd get an offer by the end of the day.
- Tell me about a project from your Masters that you really liked working on.

I sent in my application at the end of May. First, I had a brief call with an HR recruiter. A week later, they gave me good news and invited me to a Career Day event happening at the end of June. The event was initially planned for 6 candidates, but a few dropped out. It wasn't really an assessment center, meaning no group tasks, role-playing, or presentations. It just involved a quick logical test with some pretty random questions. Following the test, I had four interviews with different IT managers. The whole thing lasted about two hours without any breaks. The company's main goal here was to bring in more junior staff for general IT roles. Since there are various potential career paths you can take later on, having specific technical skills wasn't a strict requirement. However, the feedback I got pointed out a lack of coding expertise and more interest in project coordination skills.
- What criteria do you use to select the best solution from three available options for a problem?
Analyst
The interview process was quite clear. It involved a phone call with HR, followed by two in-person meetings with managing directors. There was also a group discussion with other candidates. Overall, it felt very professional and gave a good sense of the company.
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
