The hiring process was quite smooth. About a week after I applied, they set up an interview (one-on-one). The person interviewing me was really good at communicating and seemed to genuinely care about employee well-being, considering outside factors. This was consistent in later interviews too.

Behavioral Presentation

I was contacted by ECP recruitment about a Parts Sales Advisor role in Chester. They were impressed with my CV and wanted to discuss my skills. They gave me lots of good info about the company and the job. After talking to the recruiter and getting more details by email, I decided I wanted to interview. The recruiter set it up. The hiring manager was great and made a good impression. I really wanted the job after the interview. The recruiter called back with positive feedback and asked for my thoughts. A day or two later, I got the offer and started a few weeks later.
