General Manager
Getting hired as a GM involved a tough 4-week interview process. It included submitting a business plan, taking some English, Math, and personality tests, and having a video conference. It was really grueling, and I felt like they didn't focus on my actual skills. Ultimately, I didn't think I was the right fit.

General Manager
First, they asked me some basic questions about my experience. Then we discussed the location and client, mostly about the account and expectations. I met with the District Manager and the district chef. After that, I spoke with someone I think was an RVP over the phone. They asked me more situational questions like what I would do in a specific situation or to share an instance of handling a customer complaint.
- Can you share an experience of dealing with a difficult client?
General Manager
I had a few interviews, both over the phone and in person. I spoke with the district manager over the phone and also in person. Then I had a phone call with the regional manager. The whole thing was pretty fast, wrapped up in about a week.
