Recruiter
The interview experience with Euclid Innovations felt quite unprofessional. While the office is in a nice downtown Charlotte building, the interior was messy, lacked decoration, and had wires running across the floor. The interview itself was with an HR person and a company executive. The HR rep was polite and professional but didn't speak. The executive asked mostly about my current company's revenue, employee count, and business details, feeling more like an interrogation for inside info. I mentioned I wasn't sure if I should share proprietary info, and he responded dismissively, implying I didn't know. I told him he could look up public records himself. After I shared what I could about my current employer, he ended the interview abruptly, answering some of my questions curtly and unclearly before I was dismissed. I left feeling used and didn't receive an offer or a second interview. I wonder if they were even hiring. My overall impression was an unprofessional and discourteous environment.

Senior Software Engineer
I interviewed with Euclid Innovations in Bangalore for a Senior Software Engineer - Java role, working for their client Wells Fargo. They were looking for Java tech skills like core Java, Multi Threading, Spring, Hibernate, Cloud, and Database. The process involved 3 technical rounds and a final Client Interview. For some, the client telephonic interview was the first step. Round 1 was with a Wells Fargo employee covering Core Java and Spring, focusing on OOPS and Spring Modules. Round 2 was with a Wells Fargo Team Lead, asking about Design and Agile methodologies to check technical and functional skills. Round 3 was with a Wells Fargo Architect, going deep into design, my current project, Multi Threading, and core concepts. The whole process was quick, with Euclid informing candidates of results by the end of the day. I liked how transparent and fast Euclid's recruitment team was with updates. The entire interview process wrapped up the same day.

Public Relations
I went in for a first in-person interview. The office seemed really small, with maybe 1-2 people working there, but they had about 30 consultants working with clients remotely and a remote business development manager. Two people interviewed me and were super clear about the company's background and what the job would entail. They explained that since it's an entry-level role, I'd get proper training. The owner really sold me on the company's value and how much I could grow here. I left wanting the job and feeling confident I was qualified. Then I had a second round where I met the first interviewers again, plus some of the company's consultants for dinner. It was a fun interview experience, and they made me feel like part of the team. A few days later, I got an offer letter that matched the salary and role expectations we discussed.

Senior C#/.NET Developer
The whole interview process was super smooth, like a breeze from start to finish. The operations folks were really helpful, sorting out my airport pickup from CLT, getting me to the client's place, and taking me back after. I even got to meet the BDM at the client's office, and the recruiter walked me through everything. Really a great team to work with.
