Technical Recruiter
Applied on Indeed and got a phone call from a corporate recruiter pretty quickly. Then had an online assessment with a one-way video interview where I had to answer two questions. The final interview was onsite and in-person, lasting over 2 hours. I met with the hiring managers for both departments, the regional VP, and the recruiting managers for both departments. The whole process was super easy, and they were really clear and accurate about when to expect the next steps. It was a really comfortable experience, and everyone I talked to was easy to chat with and super enthusiastic about their jobs, the company, and the industry. Excited to start soon!

The interview process was very thorough. I would say that I interviewed for about 50 days. I had a total of 5 interviews. First I was invited to take a personality/aptitude test. The next step was a Skype interview with an internal recruiter. Then I met with the Business Development Manager in person. After that I was invited for another interview with the General Manager (this one in person as well). Following that interview I was invited to a job shadowing. At the shadowing I was able to meet everyone in the office and to see that daily duties. Lastly, I had a phone interview with the Regional Manager.
- The questions weren't difficult. They were basically personality questions.

Applied online and scheduled a phone interview for the next day. The phone interview was about 30 minutes and focused on general questions to get to know me and my background. After that, I had to complete a really long assessment. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with two general managers. The interview itself was okay, but they seemed to question my desire for growth and career advancement, which is strange since it's in the job description. I also noticed a lack of diversity and felt it might be a reason not to hire me, even though I was qualified. It felt like they were only looking to hire people who looked like them.
- Can you share an instance of failure and how you dealt with it?
