The interview process was done over Zoom and was scheduled really fast. It felt like a conversation, and I finished the stages in about two weeks. But after the last round, there was a bit of a wait before they told me they picked other people. I didn't get any feedback on why.

It was a long process. I had 4 rounds of interviews and met 8 people. The process felt mechanical and lacked a human touch. Some interviewers were unprepared, like being late or not having my resume. The interview structure didn't give me enough time to ask my own questions. After weeks and providing references, I was ghosted. Even following up didn't get a response. It was extremely unprofessional, especially from a Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter, it turned out to be a good thing because I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats candidates this way and disrespects their time.
