Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Etihad Airways.
Service Manager
The interview process was fair and respectful. I'd recommend them to anyone and hope they consider me. I'll keep applying until I get in. Their team is strong and they provide a high level of service.
- Can you tell me about your previous salary?
Senior Manager
The interview process was really good, professional, and optimistic, with no strange questions. They asked good analytics questions and created a friendly environment. They also arranged transport and accommodation, and provided entry passes. The introduction was great and allowed for a two-way conversation. They listened eagerly to my questions.
- Can you elaborate on the area mentioned in your CV?
Senior Manager
The interview process was confusing and much too slow, with too many people involved. The team conducting the interview seemed inexperienced. My electronic application was lost and I only found out when I followed up directly.
