First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ethicon.
Supply Chain Co-Op
The process has two parts: an online interview with recorded answers to questions shown on screen, and then a phone/Zoom call. The online part asks basic stuff like why you want to work here and your relevant experiences. The hiring manager interview is all behavioral questions.
- Can you share an instance where you were part of a team and a member was not contributing their fair share?
Supply Chain Co-Op
I applied online and then had a virtual interview. After that, I was chosen for a Skype interview with 3 people. They asked a lot of questions about teamwork, my college classes, and general behavioral questions. In total, they asked about 7-8 questions.
- Suppose you were given $10 million today. What invention would you create?
Supply Chain Co-Op
The interview process was smooth, lasting about 45 minutes and focusing on behavioral questions. I was interviewed by two people: my manager and the co-op program coordinator. I received the offer within two weeks, and it was a good offer.
- What makes you want this position?
