The interview process was pretty straightforward. I first talked to a recruiter, then had a phone call with the manager. After that, I met the manager in person, and then went through a panel interview. Finally, I got the job offer. The company itself has great benefits. However, the specific division I was in was quite cliquey. If you were hitting your sales targets, they treated you like royalty. But if you had a down year, you were treated poorly. They definitely played favorites and weren't fair to everyone. My personal experience wasn't great, though I know some people who really like it there.

It really depends on the manager and how fast they need someone. This process can take weeks or it can take months. You'll meet with the manager about 2-3 times, then you'll meet with their boss. After that, you'll do a field ride and you're expected to reach out to everyone you'd be working with. It's a tough interview, very selective. Don't get your hopes up and stay focused during each part of the interview. You need to be polished and follow up with everyone individually after each meeting. You're not just selling yourself to the manager, but to the entire team you'd be joining. It's intense but fun.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process consisted of four stages: a video interview with three recorded questions, a phone screen and writing sample, an HR interview, and finally an interview with the sales team. I successfully completed the video interview and advanced to the phone screen and writing sample stage. The phone screen was primarily a check of basic qualifications like education and driver's license. I also invested several hours into a writing sample. Unfortunately, I never received feedback from the hiring manager after the phone screen, despite sending multiple follow-up emails over six weeks. The hiring process was very slow; it took two weeks to get the video interview and a month for the phone screen. Even when I mentioned another offer with a deadline, my emails went unanswered. Approximately two months after the phone screen, I received an automated rejection email. I find this lack of communication unprofessional, especially after investing time in the writing sample and prior interviews. Expect significant delays between interview stages and the possibility of no response.
