They are really looking for candidates who align with Johnson and Johnson's values, have leadership experience, and technical experience. For the third part, they particularly want college students who have been involved in engineering clubs and projects where they could demonstrate their skills. Regarding values and leadership, these are things you need to actively show and explain.

I was interviewed by two people for about an hour total. They were really nice but it was also pretty intimidating. You definitely need to do some homework beforehand and think about specific situations and how your past work experience relates to engineering. They didn't end up telling the people who didn't get the job.
