I sent in my application back in January, and then got an email about two months later in February. After that, I had a phone interview with the district manager. Following that, I interviewed with both the district manager and the studio manager. The last step was a design challenge.

First, I had a phone interview with the district manager. If that went well, I had a formal interview with the store manager. After that, I had to present a design board to the manager and all the design staff for review before they made the final decision. The whole thing was pretty fast, and the managers were really nice.
