Customer Service Representative
The interview process was smooth and good with proper guidance and helped me throughout each step. It helped me a lot to complete my interview successfully without any unnecessary steps to take.
- Can you describe your previous role and responsibilities?
Customer Service Representative
The recruiter emailed me about the position, and if I was interested, I replied back. They contacted me three weeks later with no company details but offered an in-person interview. I interviewed directly with the company I would be working for. The company offered me the job within 24 hours. The recruiter then called and asked me a series of questions, like if I would leave if I got a better offer. He said he hadn't heard back from the direct company yet, which I suspected wasn't true. He asked if I would quit if offered a better salary, and I thought it was a ridiculous thing to ask someone looking for a job. Once I gave him the answers he wanted to hear, the recruiter said I actually got the job offer.
- Would you quit if you were offered a better salary?
Customer Service Representative
They asked me about my past experience, likes and dislikes about myself. They told me about the position and what to expect on the job. The manditory hours and requirment. Also the pay schedule.
- How would you handle a difficult customer?
