I had a great time with eTeam's onboarding! From the very first interview all the way through to the end of onboarding, everything was super smooth and professional. The interviewers were really nice and asked good questions that let me show off what I know. The whole onboarding thing was put together well, with updates and clear talk at every point. eTeam really paid attention to details and worked hard to make it a smooth process, and it showed. Thanks, eTeam, for making it a good and fast experience!

HR Service Associate
We had a virtual interview where I was asked to introduce myself and talk about the roles and responsibilities of the position. They wanted to know if I was comfortable with shifts and asked me to explain my previous job role. We also discussed allowances, compensation, my academic background, and family background. They asked about my willingness to relocate and travel, and then went into detail about executing HR CORE processes through SAP, ensuring accuracy in Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Payroll related data according to global standard processes. They also emphasized process ownership of the complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire/ Termination and monitoring payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your previous job and what your duties were?
- Are you okay with working in shifts?
