Customer Support Specialist
The interview process was based on behavioral attributes. It included a grammar and typing test, which you had to have a minimum score on. The typing test was completed online and included words that were not used on a normal basis.

Customer Service Representative
I applied online and then got a call to set up an interview. The recruiter called on Monday, and we scheduled the interview for Friday. I was ready for the call at the appointed time, but it was 15 minutes late. The interview started with a question about why I applied for the role. After that, she ended the interview quickly, saying I might not be a good fit because she thought I wouldn't stay long. She offered to go over the job description, but I was already put off by the late call and lack of respect for the scheduled time. I decided not to continue with the interview.
