Interview process was smooth and good interaction with HR and manager. Process was also quite fast, interlocutors were listening. Classic interview questions. More of a discussion than an interrogation. To better understand the expectations of the position and the added value you can also bring.

I had an interview with one HR manager and two demand planning managers. The interviewer was making rude faces the whole time during the interview, checking her phone, and sighing during the interview too. They seemed unhappy with the fact that I left my previous job before finding my next job.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe the best outcome from your previous project and also the most challenging project you've faced?
  • What were the key performance indicators (KPIs) for your previous demand planning role?

I've only done round 1 so far, which was a group interview. It was pretty straightforward, just 3 questions about why you want to intern @ ELC, experience with unreasonable deadlines, and how you respond to feedback. The group activity involved collaborating on an on-boarding program to implement @ ELC. The interviewer was nice and paid attention. Unfortunately, we ran out of time for questions. It was a 10/10 first round interview, and I'm waiting to hear about the next steps.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • What motivates your interest in interning at ELC?
  • Describe a time you had to deal with unreasonable deadlines.
  • How do you handle receiving feedback?
