Behavioral

The interview process involved a couple of rounds, all of which were behavioral interviews. The environment felt a bit snobbish, and there were many allusions to a toxic work environment, with descriptions of it being stressful and fast-paced. Given the company's performance, I wouldn't really recommend it.

The HR Director contacted me directly for the role and seemed quite keen to hire someone quickly. However, the interview itself was disorganized. The hiring manager was late and hadn't even read my resume, making the whole thing feel unprofessional.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a 30-minute initial call, and then about two weeks later, I had an onsite interview. Two people interviewed me: first, the HR manager, who asked some general behavioral questions, and then a Director who discussed the company and role. I asked about the team and job, and they said they'd reply in 3 days, but I never heard back, even after a couple of follow-up emails.
