The hiring process included an initial screening, a technical interview, and a validation interview (though this last one isn't always part of the selection). Before anything else, I had to answer some questions via email about why I thought I was a good fit for the role, why I applied, and my English proficiency. The first interview was on Teams, and it was pretty relaxed. The recruiter gave a good overview of the company and then asked me to talk about my studies and any work experience. They also asked for an example of a problem I faced during studies or work and how I handled it. Lastly, they inquired about my preferred area within the production process.
