The interview process was straightforward. An HR representative contacted me to arrange an interview, which took place via MS Teams. I was later informed of the outcome over the phone. The interview included basic questions, required knowledge of German, and assessed my motivation to work.

First, a phone screening, followed by an interview. In the interview, you interact with HR for the typical questions about yourself, your motivations, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Then, an aptitude test with other engineers and finally a technical interview that focuses more on reasoning and analytical skills than on specific technical expertise. The interviewers are very good at making you feel comfortable.
