The interview was in two phases: the first, introductory, with an HR intern. The second, with the aforementioned HR and the team I would have worked with. At the end of the interviews, I was made an offer, which I declined. The HR in that case was, in my opinion, unprofessional, claiming I should have communicated from the start that I had contacts with other companies (I had mentioned it during the interview) so as not to waste their time. Apart from this unpleasant response, the experience wasn't negative.

The process was slow, but the planning was well done. However, they didn't make it clear what profile they were looking for. In the group dynamic, I basically gave a lecture and answered all the managers' questions, but they disqualified me before the individual interview. It was sad to see people who performed much worse move on to the next stage, people with few contributions and very amateur communication. The lack of personal feedback ruins the humanized concept they want to convey, as they don't even state the reason for your elimination. It seemed like they want 'raw' people, without prior experience or anything similar. I understand you don't always win, but it's disheartening to waste a day, miss work to try and get a better job, wake up early to take several buses, arrive, get disqualified, and not even be told why. They didn't even pay for a snack for the participants.

I was impressed with the company's interview process as it demonstrated a genuine care for candidates and a focus on a professional recruitment process. Firstly, their recruitment process is very transparent and candidates know exactly what the next step is at each stage, which is reassuring and reassuring. Secondly, the company's interviewers are very professional and they focus not only on skills matching, but also on a candidate's cultural fit and personal development potential. What's more, they attach great importance to the candidate's experience, making the entire interview process easy and enjoyable through timely feedback and cordial communication.
