Project Manager
It started with an introduction about yourself, your past experiences, and your motivation for the position. Since you're already in the service department, there was also a lot of talk about the atmosphere and team spirit. At Essilor, this department often works internationally, so the next part of the interview was in English to discuss personal and professional aspirations. It concluded in French, detailing potential training and company benefits.

Project Manager
RH phone screening, then an interview in Charenton with HR and Manager. I took a day off to do it. The manager only talked about himself for an hour, the HR person didn't say anything. They promised to get back to me within the week. I sent a thank you email, but never heard back... gives a good idea of the company atmosphere and HR culture..
- Why are you looking to make a change?
Project Manager
I met the Essilor recruiters at a school career fair. They later contacted me by phone to schedule a group interview. Following that, I had another interview with my future manager.

- What is your study project?
