Had an initial screening call where they asked some really basic questions. We talked about my resume, my skills, and what the job entails. They also gave me a heads-up on the hiring timeline and what to expect next: a technical test, more online interviews, and then a final in-person interview.

I applied for the role on LinkedIn and heard back within two days for a video interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager that same week. The next Monday, I got an invite for a second interview with the Associate Experience Manager, which was on Wednesday. By Friday, I found out I wouldn't be moving forward. They mentioned it would be 3-4 virtual interviews and a final in-person one.

The process was super fast! I first talked to HR, then did a design assessment. After that, I met with the Hiring Manager and her team, and also her Manager on the same day. The conversations were really great with everyone. I really want to work there because everyone seemed so happy. HR was awesome, and so was everyone else I talked to!

The whole interview process took way too long, like over a month. The team was super inconsiderate and the HR kept giving me mixed info. They asked for a bunch of work samples (like excels). I had several zoom calls and then an on-site, which included a panel interview where I had to present a 'homework' case study. Honestly, it felt like they were just trying to steal ideas with these fake interviews. For a non-tech role, 5 rounds felt totally over the top. Ended up getting rejected after all that.
