For the interview process, we first had a group interview together with an assessment test. The assessment test was a written test where you had to write a 200-word essay about a graph that was given. Then, there was a group interview with 10 candidates. We were given a topic and had 40 minutes to discuss it in any language, followed by a 20-minute presentation in English. If you passed the first interview, you would get a chance for a second interview.
