I applied for the Finance Associate role on the ESPN website. I was really hoping to hear back from HR, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response. My background seemed like a good fit for both the company and the position.

The interview process had three rounds. The first round involved a phone interview with HR and the hiring manager. The second round was an in-office Excel test. The third round was an onsite meeting with several team members, including the hiring manager, a director, the senior vice president, and other analysts. The atmosphere was very friendly and not intimidating at all.
