Executive Assistant
The interview process was pretty straightforward and I thought it was great. We kicked things off with a 20-minute phone interview, then moved on to a 45-minute Zoom call, and finished up with an hour-long in-person interview.
- Tell me about a time when things didn't go as planned and how you managed it.
Executive Assistant
I applied for the job in early November. Within 2 days, a recruiter called and I did a phone screen. She then sent my answers to Bristol. It took a while to hear back. Then, another recruiter set up a phone interview with a VP I would potentially support. After doing very well on that call, I waited another 1.5 weeks. The next step was an in-person interview, scheduled for a month later. After that and a two-week wait, the recruiter let me know I didn't get the job. The whole process took three months, and I didn't get any feedback.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Could you go over your resume with me?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was quite brief and conducted over the phone, with a very general feel. Once I moved on to the in-person interview, I felt there was an excessive focus on my current salary and their inability to match it, even though compensation wasn't my main concern.
- Can you list all the benefits you receive from your current employer?
