The hiring process here is pretty straightforward and moves fast. Typically, it involves two main parts: first, you'll chat with the hiring manager, and then you'll get to shadow another nurse. The shadowing is a great chance to see if the role is a good fit for you.

It was an interesting interview where I actually asked the interviewer questions for most of the time. Towards the end, she asked me two NCLEX-style questions. While she was very nice, I was surprised that I felt like I was interviewing her more than she was interviewing me. I left feeling like they didn't get a good sense of who I am.
