The interview process was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were very friendly and didn't put much pressure on me. It was a quick process, and it seemed like a lovely place to work. I would recommend working at Eskenazi Health. They seem to care about their employees and patients.

I recently went through the interview process for a professional role. A panel of interviewers introduced themselves, and then I talked about my background. The interview included both behavioral and technical questions, which gave a good overview of my skills and qualifications.

Got a call to set up a phone chat with a recruiter. The first phone interview went well, the recruiter was nice and told me what was next. After passing that, I got another call to schedule a second phone interview with two associates. They were really rude, and I swear I heard one of them sigh, like she didn't want to be there. Weirdly, I got called back to schedule an on-site interview. After I finished all the interviews, I didn't hear anything for almost 3 weeks even though I emailed a few times. Finally, about a month later, they told me they had already hired someone.

I interviewed with the outpatient intensive case management team at the midtown location for a Case Manager role. The whole process took a long time, about 3-4 months from start to offer. It included a phone interview, then a first in-person interview, and a second interview two weeks later. After the interviews, there was a half-day on-the-job ride-along. Management seemed pretty disorganized during this whole period. I was told I was the top candidate and they really needed people. I kept in touch with HR and got the offer about 2 months after the ride-along. I declined because I took another job with better pay. The pay here is also lower than other places in the city. The hospital is known for long wait times, and I experienced this myself waiting to see a manager after my ride-along. I waited about 40 minutes for a short meeting.
