The supervisor of the sector evaluated me, but there weren't many details about the position itself. It was very bureaucratic and there wasn't much feedback. It was hard to find time, and they seemed unprepared. The recruiter didn't really seem to understand the activities the candidate would be doing, even though they asked for a lot of qualifications for the role.

I got an email from a recruiter and then had an initial chat, a phone interview, and an in-person interview all within the same week. About a week after the interview, I got an offer that was 10k less than what the InFlow recruiter had promised. I countered with a reasonable number, since I'd be making the same or more at my current job. After waiting 10 business days for a response, I reached out to the InFlow recruiter again. He admitted he knew ERPi wasn't going to meet my number but said he'd check if they'd make other changes to the initial offer. Three days after that, I was told my offer was on hold and I'd likely not hear back. Don't expect a performance bonus or a signing bonus from ERPi. The recruiting company, InFlow, was also really unprofessional. During negotiations, I had to contact my InFlow rep at least 3 times over several business days before getting a status update.

The interview process was really smooth and felt very human. I chatted with the VP and Manager, and they were both super friendly and approachable. They were open to sharing personal anecdotes and details about the company. Doing a bit of homework on their "Collaborative Advisory Methodology (CAM)" really helped spark conversation. The questions were all behavioral and pretty straightforward to answer. While they asked typical questions that seemed to gauge soft skills, their main interest was in hearing responses that illustrated specific situations, showcased technical expertise, and highlighted the impact of my actions.

The VP was really difficult to deal with, disrespectful and robotic. They showed no regard for me and it made me question the company culture. The position I applied for was no longer available, despite me spending a week preparing. The VP was condescending and clearly made up their mind very early on. The other interviewer admitted they didn't know what the VP looked for in a candidate.
