First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eroski.
Cashier
It's a good process overall, they make you feel comfortable and it's very transparent. I recommend it, it's agile and they follow through on what was discussed in the interview. You know what the process will be like, but having it made easy helps you express yourself more clearly.
- Why would you like to work here?
Cashier
The interview process was easy, pleasant, and sincere. Currently, they only offer temporary contracts, and they don't guarantee specific days or hours because they don't offer permanent contracts as such. Since it's a cooperative, they will only offer you a chance to join if they like your work.
- What is your availability and flexibility like?
Cashier
I submitted my resume, got a call back, and a few days later, I had an interview. It all went well. Then, a few days after that, they called to let me know I was hired. I'll be starting in a few days.
- Were you previously a cashier?
