Software Engineer Intern
it was pretty easy. had a one way video interview, then a full day assessment centre. the assessment centre had a technical interview (leetcode easy ish), a group activity and a few short behavioural interviews. it was quite long for an internship but they seem to recruit grads from the internship, so maybe it's worth it.
- To which of EROAD's values do you feel you most closely align?
Software Engineer
It was a 90-minute interview with three people. They asked me about my master's paper and some basic front-end knowledge. Since it's a graduate-level position, it wasn't too difficult, and we also discussed the technical testing that's part of the interview process.
- Tell me about your master's paper.
- Do you have basic front-end knowledge?
- Can you talk about the technical testing that happens during the interview process?
Software Engineer
So after you apply, there's this general video interview that happens. It's like a personal chat asking about why you picked this field and your future job plans. No need to stress about tech stuff, they're just simple questions.
- What made you choose this career path?
- What are your future career goals?
