Audit Associate
The interview was straightforward and focused on essential auditing and accounting principles. It covered core financial concepts, basic bookkeeping, and fundamental audit processes, aiming for beginners to grasp key accounting and audit foundations clearly and accurately.

After qualifying an initial aptitude test, I proceeded to the interview stage. The test covered logical reasoning, fundamental accounting and finance concepts, and English comprehension, with some challenging questions included.

It was a 5-round process with 1 written technical test, 1 written aptitude test, an HR interview, and 2 technical rounds. Lots of questions were asked about Indian GAAP and IFRS. I also had to review basic audit procedures and questions about team management.
