First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ernest.
Sales Representative
Everyone from the recruiter to the hiring managers were professional and knowledgeable. The first interview was a phone call with the recruiter, then an in person interview with the hiring managers. The day after, the recruiter called me and gave me an offer.
- Can you describe your typical sales process?
- What are your approaches to cold calling?
Outside Sales Representative
I put in my application on the internet. A couple days later, I got a call from the hiring manager's recruiting assistant. They asked me some stuff, told me about the job, and then wanted me to come in to talk to the hiring manager. During the one on one interview, I was really not impressed with the questions, comments, remarks, attitude, and how unprepared they were, which really turned me off to the job and company.
- Could you describe your previous role and the responsibilities you had as an outside sales representative?
Outside Sales Representative
It was a pretty straightforward process. After I applied, a recruiter got in touch about two days later to schedule a phone interview. Then, I spoke with the GM a few days after that. The whole thing took about two weeks before I started training. They really want to know if you enjoy working outdoors and if you have experience in B2B sales specifically.
- How do you feel about working outdoors in the field?
