Behavioral

I went through three rounds of interviews. First, a call with the corporate recruiter, then an interview with the hiring managers, and finally an interview with the Director of Merchandising. After all that, the recruiter ghosted me, not answering my emails. It's super unprofessional to be ignored after putting in time to research and prepare for a job.

Behavioral Other

It was a phone interview and then a panel interview with three people. The interview was quick, but they didn't ask me many questions, which I think made it harder to sell myself when talking to people who weren't even interested in me and my experience.

Behavioral Technical

HR reached out to me on LinkedIn after I applied, and we set up an initial phone call. During that call, I discussed my work history and some key projects and successes. Next, I interviewed with the general and operations manager, where I was asked to talk about a challenging situation. Finally, I had a conversation with the head of corporate Merchandisers about why I'm the right candidate.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and then got a call for a phone interview. After that, I met the manager in person. Then I was called back for another interview and found out I was one of the last two people for the job. After that last interview, I never heard anything back. I get that not everyone can be told the outcome, but for the final two, you'd think a simple 'thanks for applying' email would be in order.
