& Process

The interview process was great and I really enjoyed it all through, it helped me understand the company's process via the steps I followed. I first had a conversation with the HR team, she ran me through the process and told me how to prepare for the next after asking for my technical background and details. Next, I was given an assessment covering react and python which I submitted. Then a follow-up technical interview from a senior engineer on the team. He was awesome, even provided minimal handholding. After successfully passing the technical stage, I proceeded to the Engineering manager and that was it, I transitioned into the bootcamp selection.

I applied on LinkedIn and the HR reached out to schedule the first round. The first interview was with Sabina, the engineering head, who will talk about my work experience, the roles, and expectations, and answer any questions. The next round is with two senior engineers to assess my backend knowledge. If selected, the third round is a 2-week bootcamp to work on a project and understand the responsibilities better.

I went through two interviews with senior engineers at Ergeon. After that, I was accepted into a paid two-week Bootcamp where I worked on some of their products. An offer was extended to me after the Bootcamp.
