I applied on the Erewhon website for the cashier/ assistant manager role. I got a text the next day asking about my experience and interest. They asked if I could come in the next day for an interview. I asked to push it back to Friday at 2:00pm as I had a pre-existing commitment. They agreed and I got multiple text reminders. When I arrived, I told the person at the front door I was there for the interview. They radioed a manager, who responded. The greeter asked me to sit outside at a table and said the manager would come out shortly. I waited about ten mins and got another text asking if I was there and ready, even though I arrived ten mins prior. I responded with my location outside. They thanked me. I waited over 30 minutes in the heat and no one came out, so I left.
