It was a fantastic interview process with three rounds that each lasted about an hour and were of average difficulty. First, there was an HR interview, then a panel interview, and finally a manager interview. Everyone was super friendly.

Recruiter was very hopeful but don't waste your time. I had a phone screen then an on-site interview. It went smoothly and I felt I had the job. The recruiter called weekly for 3-4 weeks to check if I was still interested. Then I didn't get the job. About 8 months later, they contacted me about a position, suggesting a salary as if it were an offer. After I accepted, I waited again, receiving similar follow-up emails, but got nothing. I got another offer from a serious employer. ERCOT hiring managers need to realize applicants have lives and can't put them on hold. Their location is also remote, surrounded by cotton fields.
