My friend got me into the company. The first interview was with a manager, lasted about 2 hours and was pretty casual, mostly just getting to know each other rather than a Q&A. A few days later, I met the team and saw them work. We talked about how I hadn't done a high-volume phone role before and we both wanted to make sure I knew what the process and the grind could be like. About a week after the first meeting, I got an offer and started.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted on LinkedIn about a Recruiter job in Minneapolis. The office looked really sketchy, like it could close down any minute, and the interviewers were rude. They interviewed me for a Business Development role instead of the Recruiter position I applied for, and then said I wasn't qualified, which was frustrating since it wasn't even the job I applied for. I told them I wasn't interested anymore after that.

It was a single, simple interview. Not too many technical questions; they mostly asked about my background, interests, and why I wanted to work in staffing. The interview was very relaxed and conversational.
