Technical Behavioral Other

Before they even consider interviewing you, they make you do a personality assessment and a PLI test that covers math, logic, and reading. About a week after that, I got called in. They put me in this freezing room and made me take the PLI test again before they’d even start asking questions. Then, two sets of interviewers came in. One group was nice, but the other was super rude. The rude ones hit me with a bunch of pointed and awkward questions. They asked if my credentials were legit and how many hours I’d actually work. They seemed to be trying to get under my skin, acting unimpressed with my answers and constantly cutting me off with weird follow-up questions. It was pretty wild; one interviewer spilled coffee and had to leave to clean it up, while the other was playing with their hair the whole time I was talking. I didn't get a callback for a second interview, and honestly, I wouldn't have taken it anyway.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you recite the Black Scholes formula?
  • What is the maximum number of hours you are willing to work per week?

Technical Group Case

The interview process had several parts. First, a phone screening. Then, some online tests. After that, a group interview, followed by a case study interview. All parts of the interview process were challenging, and they really dug into technical details related to the job. They asked about things like how black-scholes can be used in valuation in a practical scenario, a lot of technical questions related to your education, and many scenario questions too.

  • What adjustments would you make to the parameters in the Black-Scholes model to achieve a desired output?
