I applied online and the whole thing took about 2 weeks. First, there were 2 online tests, one called PI test and some brain teasers. Then, I had one virtual interview that lasted 20-25 minutes. It was pretty simple, they asked about my past work, if I knew about the company, and the externship itself.
- What motivates you to apply for this externship?
- Can you discuss your prior work experience?

Got some basic behavior questions at the start, then a brain teaser that took some time to figure out. It wasn't too bad overall, but I was super nervous and messed up a bit.
- some behavior questions
- brain teaser

The interview process was fairly brief. It involved standard interview questions. They were curious about my personal interests and the skills I'm keen on utilizing. Since it's a consulting agency, I mentioned my interest in problem-solving, and they gave me a small puzzle to tackle, which was enjoyable. The interview also touched on my current reading material, any anime I've been watching, and their personal hobbies outside of work.
- Can you share an experience of working in a team?
- What skills are you interested in using?
- Solve this puzzle.
